By accessing or using LegalParihar ("we", "our", "us"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") which govern your interaction with our website and the services provided through it.
1. Agency Relationship and Scope of Services
By utilizing our platform, you expressly authorize LegalParihar to act as your agent for performing specific tasks including but not limited to:
- Procuring e-stamp papers from licensed government portals or stamp vendors.
- Drafting legal documents such as affidavits, agreements, and declarations
- Facilitating notarization processes (online or physical)
- Assisting with Aadhar-based or electronic signature verifications
- Coordinating secure video conferencing for notarial appointments
All services provided are executed solely upon your instruction and authority.
2. Appointment of Notary and Notarization Services
LegalParihar may coordinate with duly authorized notaries public to assist you in completing required notarial tasks. You acknowledge and agree that:
- LegalParihar's role is facilitative and administrative in nature.
- The notary is an independent professional and holds full discretion over whether or not to notarize a document.
- You authorize LegalParihar to share necessary details with the notary (e.g., name, Aadhar, documents).
- You accept use of online video conferencing and electronic signatures as legally valid under applicable Indian law.
- You understand and acknowledge that the Notary/government body/Stamp Vendor etc reserves the right to reject the document for any reason including but not limited to insufficient evidence , non-compliance with local laws, or the Notary's professional judgment. In such cases Legalparihar shall not be responsible for rejection of the document and no refund shall be provided for any charges paid
- You understand and acknowledge that the document once notarized/attested etc can not be modified or edited by the Notary/government body/Stamp Vendor etc. and any changes after notarization/attestation etc. will require a new document to be notarized/attested etc.
- LegalParihar does not claim acceptability of an E-signed or remotely notarized document before any private or government authorities. LegalParihar facilitates E-signing and Remote Notarization services based on Indian laws including Information Technology Act 2000, Indian Evidence Act 2023 and The Notaries Act 1952 and THE NOTARIES RULES, 1956. User is recommended to confirm the acceptability before the authority document is to be submitted to avoid any rejection.
LegalParihar bears no responsibility for the quality, legality, or timing of any notarial act.
3. Product Descriptions and Legal Drafts
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date templates, document formats, and descriptions of legal services or products offered on our platform:
- We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of product descriptions or templates.
- Pricing, specifications, and service features are subject to change without prior notice.
- LegalParihar shall not be liable for any discrepancies, omissions, or unintended inaccuracies in listings.
All drafts and templates provided must be reviewed and confirmed by the User for accuracy.
4. Orders and Payments
Users may place orders for various services directly through the platform.
- All charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be completed using available online payment methods before a service is initiated.
- LegalParihar reserves the right to decline or cancel any request at its discretion without assigning a reason.
- LegalParihar act as an agent and collect the total cost for the service facilitated thorugh independent service providers and pay it on your behalf without retaining any service fees.
- Any services provided by third-party service providers (such as notaries, stamp vendors, or advocates) are subject to real-time availability, which will be confirmed only while accepting the order.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content hosted on LegalParihar's platformincluding designs, legal formats, code, graphics, logos, and written materialis the intellectual property of LegalParihar or its licensors.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- LegalParihar may feature the name or public logo of a satisfied user/business (without revealing personal details) as part of its service testimonials. Users may opt out by informing us in writing.
6. Restricted Conduct
Users agree not to use the Website or any associated services for activities that:
- Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy
- Introduce malicious software, viruses, or automated scripts
- Disrupt or interfere with the platform's operations or other users' access
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block access for violations of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, LegalParihar and its team shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses
- Mistakes, omissions, or delays caused by third-party platforms, courier services, or notaries
- Legal outcomes from documents drafted, notarized, or filed based on instructions from the User
All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms:
- Both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India
- Proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding
9. Electronic Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
- These may include order confirmations, policy updates, invoices, and legal notices
- You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written documentation
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, strikes, civil unrest, war, pandemics, government restrictions
- System outages, platform crashes, or internet disruptions affecting our services
In such cases, Users are encouraged to contact us for alternatives or updates.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any explicitly referenced documents, form the complete agreement between you and LegalParihar.
- Any previous oral or written understandings are superseded by this document.
- If any clause is held invalid under law, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
12. No Legal Advice Disclaimer
All information, resources, content, and materials available on the LegalParihar websiteincluding but not limited to blogs, guides, templates, examples, FAQs, downloadable formats, or automated toolsare provided solely for general informational purposes.
- LegalParihar is a legal-tech platform that provides Online Legal documentation and facilitate other legal services. LegalParihar is not a law firm and acts only as a facilitator and does not provide legal advice or representation. Legal advice, legal opinions, legal notices, representation and remote notarization are provided only by independent enrolled advocates or authorised professionals.Any professional relationship is solely between the user and the respective professional. LegalParihar.in is not liable for any loss or damages arising from services rendered by these independent professionals or service providers as per your request and own judgement and selection.
- Users must not rely on any website content as a substitute for professional legal consultation.
- We strongly recommend that Users seek independent advice from a qualified advocate or legal professional before acting on any information found on the platform.
- Use of such information is entirely at your own risk, and LegalParihar disclaims all liability related to consequences of any decisions made based on such content.
13. Directory of Independent Advocates and Limitation of Responsibility
LegalParihar manages an online directory of independent advocates who join the LegalParihar Lawyers Network independently. We do not operate as a direct referral service or a platform designed to connect users with advocates for specific mandates.
- The advocates listed on LegalParihar are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LegalParihar.
- Any person contacting an advocate based on the information provided on our platform is required to independently verify the details and satisfy themselves regarding the advocate's credentials and suitability before proceeding with any engagement through direct contact.
- LegalParihar does not verify or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any advice, document, credential, or communication shared by the advocate.
- LegalParihar assumes no responsibility for any professional engagements. We do not charge any commission from the advocates, nor do we solicit work for them based on payments or any other consideration.
- LegalParihar shall not be liable for any loss, error, harm, or dispute arising out of or connected to the services, actions, or omissions of any third-party advocate.
By utilizing the directory or engaging with any advocate listed on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability and accept full responsibility for your interactions.
14. E-Stamp Procurement and Usage
We facilitate online e-stamp procurement through government authorized portals or vendors and issue e-stamps on behalf of the party.
- The e-stamp would be delivered in PDF form that the party can print on 80GSM bond paper. If a hard copy is needed to be delivered, additional postal charges will be applied.
- An e-stamp must not be used twice to execute a document or submit before any authority. The User will be liable for violating any law for misusing the e-stamp against the laws of India.
- For any e-stamp which is not required to be delivered physically, LegalParihar destroys the physical copy after 1 month of delivery of the soft copy of the same.
- E-stamp procurement is subject to availability, which will be confirmed only while accepting orders.
